Course Description: Skills are the behavioral keys to unlocking positive and constructive classrooms.


Learning Outcomes:

1)  Participants will understand how increasing their own skill set with decrease behaviors. 
2) Participants will apply skills to different situations.
3) Participants will begin to distinguish behavioral aspects as missing skills.



Assessment Types: Project

Criteria for awarded hours: ELC requires all registraints to participate within learning activities, group work, assignments, surveys, and end of training evaluation. Attendance and participation along with successsful completion of any and all assessments with an 75% or higher, unless otherwise stated, will result in awarded hours. Should participants need to miss portions of the trainings, it is their responsibility to reach out to the trainer regarding make up BEFORE the scheduled training date(s).

Specifically for this Training, 

Participants must successfully complete the training hours, P.I.E. Project and leave statement showing their gained knowledge of skills and the connection to behavioral aspects.
