 The class meets on these Friday’s from 9:00 a.m. till noon.  (Zoom)

Course Description: The goal of the course is to assist child care programs in implementing trauma-informed care for the families they serve. Through this experience, child care program directors will form a community of practice to address the principles of trauma-informed care, supports necessary to work with child care personnel and families, and the importance of self-care.

Course Notes: The course fees include the text book as well as the guide that goes with the course (unless materials need to shipped, there will be an additional fee for the USPS flat rate shipping cost added to your course fees due). All fees must be paid no later than November 17, 2021 at 5:00pm CST. If fees are not paid, you will be removed from the course. This will be a virtual class. Attendance is mandatory for all five sessions. Student's computer screen MUST be on at all times for attendance requirements to be met.100% attendance is required.
